Help with sust cycle

Hey bros,
I'm currently on week 5 of a 12 week sust/primo/winny cycle. 500mg sust/week.

How long after my last sust pin should I start PCT?

Is the deconate ester HL 7 days or 15? I see conflicting data online.

The roid calculators online have not helped me.

I'd like to keep my test levels @ 50mg right up to PCT. I was thinking I could pin test-prop eod to keep my levels up until all the deconate is out, as I don't want my levels to drop waiting for the ester to clear.

I know this is somebody's favorite question

Any help greatly appreciated.

you can start PCT any time but the key is stretching it out. remember sustanon has 2 very long esters. it will be in your system for many weeks after last injection. so a 4 week pct isn't enough time to prevent a hard landing

not only should you do a pct, but also a pct into bridge. these are very long esters

You start PCT immediately after last injection. The SERM portion of PCT is what you wait to start. With your cycle I would wait 2 weeks after last pin before starting SERMs.

This is how you should run the perfect PCT protocol -

immediately after your last injection start the HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com at 5 capsules/day

2 weeks after your last injection, start the rest of the PCT drugs - clomid, cardarine, nolvadex and ostarine

The only thing that changes depending on if you used long estered steroids or short estered is that if you used long estered steroids is that you keep taking your AI and anti prolactin drug for 2 weeks after your last injection.
