I received something in the mail that was glorifying hemp as a pain killer, stating that this supplement was now legal in all 50 states. What do you think of it? If I take it for pain, will I get high? How does this medical hemp type stuff work? Does it really kill the pain without getting me high? (I don't want to be high...lol...I like my mental state the way it is without being affected by anything, if possible.)

You're talking about CBD oil. Unless you've been living under a rock that info is out there everywhere because its everywhere. No you dont get high from the oil.
