Approved Log HGH only cycle LOG

Day 16
Posterior day today

Started incorporating bench into my sessions because I want to hit 110kg bench by the end of the year

I pinned 8iu today

Diet wise in didnt hit alot of my goals but I wasnt at home so it was a bit of a struggle to fit it all into an afternoon snack and dinner
1 kJ = 0.24kCals
I'm thinking it would help others following if you could go into your settings and switch that to Calories instead of Joules.

As you know, your protein is abysmally low. Can you keep protein bars in the car and at home and try and have one with each meal for an extra 20g per meal?

You've been pinning too much.
hgh sides take time to feel, you're really abusing it at 10 ius at your age! seriously!

Its gonna be basically impossible for me to be getting 200g of protein without being in a surplus im gonma get as much as I can but 170 will probably be the most i can get

My mini log is coming to an end soon unfortunately I couldnt keep it up for longer

It was a posterior day felt good strength wise and I feel my endurance has been alot better recently

I have been feeling sore/achy joints today i think it could be from the hgh but it might be from bad sleep because I know I feel like that when sleep is bad sometimes.

Macros will be below

I plan on experimenting after my cycle maybe with fat loss drugs maybe clen to try and get shredded or try and "half natty" stack just to experiment with compounds and how they react to me personally

You're saying now you're stopping your hgh completely?
you are getting pain joints from hgh and bad sleep from hgh we told you you're abusing the dose! @RUMIN.01_

I haven't been able to post recently but I kept everything up with gym, macros and Injections
Final weight:70.1kg after food

I feel like I have gotten a bit leaner duing this cycle and maybe gained a bit of mass but i do attribute most of it to diet changes.

Thank you all for the advice and criticism throughout the log but I do think u are all full of yourselves 😂 either way i wish u all the best of luck and ill be back after my holidays peace out 🫡

I think you wasted your time and money.
Your cycle sucked, your diet sucked and you dont take advice.

Mate, have a look at the pictures of the people giving advice to you, then have a good look at yourself.

I am not saying you look bad, but you could look a whole lot better if you had of listened.

YOU are full of yourself.

sad day really sad, you truly should have stayed on diet and training but you did all this, big mistake @RUMIN.01_
