Started incorporating bench into my sessions because I want to hit 110kg bench by the end of the year
I pinned 8iu today
Diet wise in didnt hit alot of my goals but I wasnt at home so it was a bit of a struggle to fit it all into an afternoon snack and dinner

Its gonna be basically impossible for me to be getting 200g of protein without being in a surplus im gonma get as much as I can but 170 will probably be the most i can get1 kJ = 0.24kCals
I'm thinking it would help others following if you could go into your settings and switch that to Calories instead of Joules.
As you know, your protein is abysmally low. Can you keep protein bars in the car and at home and try and have one with each meal for an extra 20g per meal?

It was a posterior day felt good strength wise and I feel my endurance has been alot better recently
I have been feeling sore/achy joints today i think it could be from the hgh but it might be from bad sleep because I know I feel like that when sleep is bad sometimes.

I plan on experimenting after my cycle maybe with fat loss drugs maybe clen to try and get shredded or try and "half natty" stack just to experiment with compounds and how they react to me personally

I feel like I have gotten a bit leaner duing this cycle and maybe gained a bit of mass but i do attribute most of it to diet changes.
