That amount of caffeine is extremely counter-productive. Caffeine inhibits blood flow to your muscles. It will also sky rocket cortisol levels. You will probably feel really jittery and sick during your workout. Caffeine is very hard on the adrenal glands and abusing it long term is a sure way to get adrenal fatigue.
Look into the pre-workout D-spark. It contains no stimulants. It provides a clean, cognitive energy boost with no crash or jittery feeling. You could stack it with a sensible amount of caffeine (100-200mg) or a cup of coffee. I would also add a B100 vitamin to it.
