Himalyan salt

Do you guys use it in your water? It has 84 minerals and electrolytes this would be good to use when you need to rehydrate right? I dont usually add salt to much but I could start using it to season chicken and stuff like that, does anyone else do that ?

Himalyan sea salt is great...just make sure to buy a sea salt that is fortified with iodine.

Iodine is essential for normal thyroid function and a lot of sea salts are not fortified with iodine.

Adding a pinch to a glass of water is legit. Just dont pour too much on everything.

When I am fasting I will add some to 1 of my waters that day.
