How do you take your SARMs

Hello guys,

As per the title, you can imagine I'm a total newbie. How do you take your SARMs? I received my S4, and Cardarine and plan on starting it at 25 mg for the S4 and 10 for the Cardarine. Do you take it directly or do you pour it on water, or any other fluids? Is there a difference in its effectiveness if taken differently?

Dose the SARM directly into your mouth, swallow and then chase with water/coffee/juice.

Great question, and congrats on starting your cycle bro. You can bump the S4 to 50mgs a day.

Just drop it in your mouth and I like to chase it with just water. This won't dilute it or anything, even helps to wash it down.

I sip some juice/energy drink in my mouth, squirt the sarm, swallow and chase it down with the juice/energy drink again in order not to have the aftertaste

It is best to squirt SARMS directly into your mouth, and then chase them with some liquid, be it some juice or water. The thing is that SARMS will stick to the glass walls if you mix them with some liquid, so you would be losing the precious active substance.
