How important is probiotics?

Would it be something everyone should be taking ? Or can we get it naturally in some foods? I am making a big order of stuff and I am wondering whether to throw in some probiotics.

Arguably yes. If only due to the amounts of food bodybuilders can eat

the problem is rather than dump probiotics into the stomach a more practical solution is eat less meat and eat more wet foods like watery fruits/veggies.

we have poor gut floras due to years of improper dieting, so unless you change the way you eat you be able to cover it up with probiotics

plus 99% of probiotics out there are scams.

I have a few friends that are Dr's all of them stress the importance of these, especially how we eat today.. I began picking their brains when I was on antibiotics (as we know its pivatol to take them in this instance),but they went on and on about there daily importance period.. I take gummies daily.. before anything else that I do..

Our digestive flora should be a beautiful garden full of multiple probiotic strains. Most peoples digestive flora is more like a barren waste land

I'm always looking to see how deep the rabbit hole gets.. in fact, that would be a game charging topic on the pod cast.. gastro topics are shrouded and never seem to get the cover they need and deserve.. The importance of a healthy gut, digestion and GI track is underrated!

No need to take it separate in a pill.

Yogurt - find good quality, a lot of junk out there
Sauerkraut
Kombucha - my favorite
fermented foods (other than sauerkraut)

Very good post... Fermented food especially sauerkraut is very good..

I second that idea. This would be a great topic since we eat so much to grow, but we never look to see how efficient our bodies are at using those foods we put into them.
