Its just stimulant based. Fat loss comes from diet, not this product...so keep that in mind

My wife just bought it and was against it. I’ve lost 20lb and large amounts of fat by eating way better, Cardarine, working and intermittent fasting. 18 - 20hour fast then eat proper food after. I’ll try to get a before and after pics in here soon. I don’t do selfies so I’ll have to look for pics.
