I Juiced from 19-22 years old

you made a nice transformation for sure

why not post up some golden nuggets for guys reading this on how you transformed.. i'm sure you have some good tips for the guys and gals on here

Are you talking about the gear that I ran lol

if gear was the answer then everyone in the gym would look like you.. obviously it isn't

your genetics are obviously top 1%.. but i'm sure you can atleast clue people in on what you did during your before pics that made you look normal.

I’m 22 years old. Busy at the moment I will write out my gear dosages.

Def interested to hear. But yeah man you have extraordinary genetics. I could work out 24/7 and not look like that. Just how my body is built. Granted that isn’t my goal either but my body is built for flexibility/ mobility and quickness vs the traditional body building type. But you look amazing dude.

I took this picture today during my leg workout.

My gear.. I have ran just about everything. I shot 5iu insulin IV before this workout with 60g of carbs intraworkout and about 45g protein preworkout.

As far as the 13 weeks, I ran test prop + test e for the first few weeks with tren ace @150MG ED. After 4 weeks I dropped the tren and added t3 + ghrp-2 and Cjc 1295. I know I fucked up with the tren lowering t3 I practically made no progress for 2 weeks. After the next 4 weeks I added tren back into my cycle @100mg ED. No orals no growth. No Clen, but I still have 12 more weeks of prep left so I will deff show you guys what’s up. This will be a 25 week transformation basically LOL.

yes, im actually on 75mg ED which is about 525mg per week I beleive. i was ready for a new compound but didnt want to add in deca being 23 week sout and im trying to get lean. so yes i wll un tren that long. i usually run it 4 on 4 off, but im going to run this dose up to 6 weeks out then go up to 150mg ED again for the last few weeks adding in winny + masteron, im thinking about adding EQ now

brother looking good...

Curious man. Aren’t you concerned about being so young and on the amount of gear you are using? Sure you look great, probably feel great. This is a passion of yours, I get that and respect it. And I am not preaching cause you are already deep in it. But I wonder when you are 35 or 40 and you say “man, I wish I waited another 5 years”. Maybe you won’t say that but all the guys I know who started younger than 25, all say that. I don’t know one that hasn’t. But regardless, I’m here for you man. No worries.

Gearhead - thank you for the compliment.

E32038 - man sometimes I get concerned but let me explain where %100 of my drive comes from. This might make sense.

So when I was 15-17 I was lifting weights on creatine playing highschool football. (185 pounds senior year - 18 years old). Right after I graduated, my mother turned me into the cops for selling bud. So I got charged w 2 felonies at 18. I got everything taken care of, used a pre-trail diversion and it took me a while to get on my feet. I moved to San Fransisco with my dad and bought a truck. Him and his wife were having some problems after a while so I moved back to TN with my grandparents because I will not tolerate my mom acting like that towards me. I don’t believe that’s how you “teach” a fucking kid. Later, I started working for my uncle, a crook. A business man. He had recently started a new company ( i am arojnd 19 years old) so I started working for him. Working my way up to making $2000/week sometimes. (Very hard construction work. We did subcontract work for AT&T. He was getting greedy and asking us to do work incorrectly so he make faster money... pathetic. I had $17,000 cash. That’s all I had, the contractor and my uncle himself said they would give me work. I spent all of it on commercial insurance, liability, workers comp, equipment, rentals, everything. Just for my uncle to turn around and stab me in the back telling his contractor that I was the one doing the bad work... although I did tell AT&T he was doing shitty shit because they asked. So now I was jobless living in a 3 bedroom house with 2 dogs and a girlfriend. So u hustle my ass off trying to pay the bills, took an $11/hour landscape job to make it by working 75 hours a week + selling on the side. I snagged another construction job, &18/hour base pay + commission. Made around $1400/week. My foreman was a drunk, a pathetic coke head (although I like coke) this mother fucker was homeless and couldn’t even have a drivers license and I had my class A CDL to haul these directional drills... yes I can run them and a mini ex. So eventually one week I was suppose to make around 1700 and my Forman “cut my pay” down to 1200 that week to make other people happy. Nah, I’m not about that. So I quit. Straight up. Well I have connections at UPS so I got on as a driver making $32:hour. As soon as I got on I quit that too. I sound like a quitter, but here’s really the bottom line. I was fat and I wasn’t about to be stuck in a truck for 12 hours a day for the rest of my life. I’m tired of chasing money. I’m going to do what I love. I missed out on 2 years of bodybuilding from 19-21 and I still look like this after training for 4 months.. I will not be a bum. I quit UPS to persue my training business/competitive bodybuilding. Losing is not an option.

My family is constantly chasing after me trying to figure out where I work blah blah because I have so much dirt on them. They’re scary people, they have a good name but they’re crooks. They’re scared of me making it and runnning my mouth about them, but really I don’t give a fuck about them. I want my success and my future for my family. I know how to bodybuild, clearly I have decent genetics. At the beginning of 2018 I made a promise to myself I would grind for 12 months at this and give it all I’ve got. I got 6 months left, and I’m doing my first show in 11 weeks and another 4 weeks after that. Okay I win both shows, get nationally qualified. Then what? I don’t know. I can’t tell the future all I can do is put in the work, and at the end of the day at least now, I’m doing what I truly love. Peace guys. I appreciate all the great complements. My friends locally support me as well and I am about to move cross country back to San Fransisco.

Now, with quitting my jobs this is do or die for me. I have some money set aside to last me until the end of the year. Yeah I’m wasting it, or am I? What if I’m 22 years old, 230 pounds at %6 bodyfat? That’s what I’m chasing. I’m about 227 %8 now. I can do it. I’m only on 1000mg test and 500mg tren. And I just started tren again 1 week ago. I’m about to add anadrol @ 100mgED IN just a few days. I’m also adding carbs back in 100-200g daily along with minimal insulin usage + fasted cardio to stay lean. (45-60min) daily.

i wish you luck bro but i will re-iterate you cannot make a full time living bodybuilding sorry.

you atleast need to be working a 2nd job. we've had every podcast guest come on and say while they were IFBB pro's they still worked full time jobs

I’m looking into getting monetized by YouTube, as well as offering my training/nutritional services. I already have 50,000 views on YouTube. I’m moving back to San Fransisco and have a job lined up as a personal trainer. They are paying for my certification ($799) for free. I’m moving out there in 5 weeks I’m so excited!!!! There’s so much more opportunity out there. I always persue multiple avenues of income, bodybuilding is just the stepping stone.

The gram + of tren a week is just to much your joints ligaments will not b able to keep up with your muscles ending up doing u more harm than good.
U r still XXXtremely young slow down a lil bit!
