Proviron really doesn't do much by itself. The beauty of proviron is that it makes the steroids you stack with it more effective.

25mg/day is a good dosage.

50mg/day has been my sweespot. I’ve tried both 25mg and 75mg. I don’t notice a whole lot at 25mg, and 75mg seemed like a waste.

Recommended dose is 25-100 for male. I never needed to take more than 2 tabs (25mg each). one is often enough.
