Improve fatigue threshold

I just started working out on a more regular basis. I run for about 45 minutes and then I go lift for another 45-60 min. As of yesterday I have started running after my resistance training. I have done this for 4 days straight and I have been tired during the day. All I want to do is sleep. I have been exercising in the evening from 6-8pm. I seem to do fine while I am working out, but when the next day roles around I have a hard time getting up and staying up. I have been tracking my nutrition and I am consuming enough calories for my body composition. I also have been getting 8 hours of sleep. I guess what my question is, is all this fatigue normal because of my new workout regimen? and if so, will it go away over time. Also, is there any supplements I should be taking to help with this other then protein, carbs & etc?
 
This is an interesting situation. I can't say I've ever suffered from ongoing lethargy when increasing my workload, but maintaining proper calories and rest. I'm interested to hear if others have, and how they dealt with it, however.
 
it is completely normal for humans to feel fatigued from over exercise

it is great you are working out like a madman, but we have learned in the past 30 years in professional sports that pounding the body into the dirt does not work. NFL players for example used to do 2 a days in camp in the 70's, then in the 80's bill walsh came up with the idea to not pound his teams into the dirt in the summer and instead condition them properly so they would be FRESH for January and look at his playoff record vs. someone old school like don shula during the 80's.

i would decrease the intensity a few notches or space out your workouts. as far as sleep regardless of how hard you workout you should always aim to get a SOUND 7-8 hours of sleep per night. some people can get away with less, but that doesn't bode well for their long term health when they do
