Injury while on cycle

You're going going to need to work around the injury and let it heal. Any gains you do lose will be pretty easy to get back.
 
Just take it easy for a couple weeks. You will be fine. It's not ideal but it's not the end of the world. Will heal in 6 weeks but it will still hurt for longer and you will have to train around it. Just play around and find things that don't hurt as much. I had the same injury about 4 months ago and the year before and the year before that. Lol. Didn't lose much. Doesn't take as much work to maintain as it does to build.
 
you will have to accept losing gains.. . don't become another victim of bigorexia being scared to 'lose gains'

you MUST lost gains to make gains. that is how it works. you don't just improve in a trajectory up like we are robots.

now as far as your injury, the fastest way for it to heal is rest. sleep an extra hour each night
