I'm not sure if this is the right place but I would like to at least introduce myself im burman I used to read and cruse around many many sites but I tired of that after a year or so. I found one site I like and I kinda stuck to it but recently I had the urge to read different articles and listen to different opinions so hear I am. this site feels right and I like what I've seen so far. I am 40 years old and have been lifting weights since 10th grade in high school, I started cause I was a skinny kid but most guys who have lived this lifestyle for 20+ years understand how it gets in your blood and you miss it when you don't get to work out for awhile be it from injury or job obligations or what have you. I'm a 100% disabled vet I went into Iraq pretty much with the invasion force and I was there for 15 months. I'm looking forward to getting to know some people here and I'm always open to learning new techniques and exercises and anything that will help me in the gym. thanks for listening.
