bros napsgear gonna take care of you in the endI commented last month regarding issues I've had with missing Napsgear purchases. I've been buying from Napsgear for several years and have never had issues until 2025. I made five or six purchases this year and, within several months, had only received one of those five or six orders. I had been reaching out to Naps' customer service with tickets, with very little assistance from them.
Someone on this forum connected me with Jasonhill008. He has been a tremendous amount of help getting this mess straightened out. So far, I've received a refund for most of the missing packages. The rest of the missing packages, however, I'm still waiting on. Those packages still at large have been reshipped twice, some three times and still without any tracking information updates. Not having this gear when needed has caused me to miss prep for a local contest, and I've lost faith in Naps. Jasonhill008 has been the only one from that organization to care enough to work with me. I appreciate him. I can update everyone about the rest of the packages once I've received them or have a resolution. I'll have a lot of respect for Naps if they finish fixing this issue.
Again, thank you Jasonhill008 for all the time you've put in helping me recover most of what I had thought I had lost for good.
