Is iHerb legit?

Hi all,

For years I’ve been searching for supplements and always come across the website iherb.com

They seem to have good products and at a very cheap price, but to me the whole website just seems kinda fake and scammy. The reviews are always positive and plentiful, but then again that could be a red flag like fake reviews that are on Amazon.

Has anyone bought anything from them before? Are they legit? The prices for some of their supps are lower than what other sites sell them for, so what’s the deal?

Also where do they ship from?

They also seem to have some quality brands but maybe im wrong. At the moment im looking for inositol and nac, surely it doesnt matter where i purchase these since its usually in pure powder form anyway

Well the big deal is that they are way cheaper than other sites, maybe thats because they have more buying power, but I just wanted to ask because the whole website looks scammy/cheap asian crap looking

At the end of the day, what is your ultimate goal with using these supplements? What are you looking to achieve?

My goal is to just be healthy. I lift weights occasionally but am more concerned about fat loss, ive heard good things about inositiol for mental health, and ive heard NAC is a great healer of the liver. There was a 4 year period where I drank a bottle of wine per day so thought it might undo some of that damage.
