Why do I always have bad kidney numbers when I get tested? I am muscular and very active, but never used steroids or many supplements. I guess that is normal? How do I fix bad kidney numbers using supplements or is that something that cannot be helped no matter what we try?

Some guys have ban kidney numbers always. I suggest you use n2guard daily 5-7caps and drink a lot of water.

They can be slightly elevated from things like training hard and taking creatine. What you want to make sure is that they are not super elevated and you are ignoring an actual issue.
