3 hours of sleep? thats not good, the hgh is not doing it.
You need to get sleep aids there asap magensium zinc melatonin valerian
yea my sleeps pretty fucked and always has been but since starting hgh it’s improved so much. I’ve been taking magnesium for about 2 years now but I’ll pickup some melatonin and zinc.
 
I think in your case you shouldn't make huge changes to cycle until next blood work @Eheoew except the aromasin and p5p
I recommended the exact same thing. Had a look at his bloods. IGF level is above the reference range which is a good indication the GH is doing its thing. But yeah I noticed his high e2 and prolactin, definitely need to get that down.

@Eheoew ive got some Arimidex if you need, Aromasin running low though. Maybe check with lev or one of the veterans on their thoughts. I agree with that sleep aid too, if sleep is still hit and miss some people just need a light sleep aid.

Felt amazing in the gym today, increased the weight on almost every exercise. After math test today I took the var and went gym, energy was replenished strength was all there and was more vascular then usual. After workout did 30 mins at 70 Celsius in the IR sauna.

had some horrible sleep last night so I’ve had fuck all energy today. Because of that I didn’t try and increase weights from last pull day just tried to slow them down. Ordered some zinc and valerian last night on Amazon so should arrive tomorrow and will go chemist and pickup melatonin today/tomorrow, p5p arrived today so I’ve started taking that. Whoop is saying my recovery is at 4% today and typically it’s quite low so I’ll be adding in IR sauna at 70°C For 20-40mins after workouts Mon/Wed/Fri and will be trying out every option to improve my sleep.

started taking p5p today and @Wolfenstein says he’ll send me some arimidex. Once I start the arimidex should I be stopping the mast at 100mg per week or still continue on that?

Nah my sleep isn’t always this bad, used to be but not anymore, my sleep can be really good and really bad at the moment. I sent him some Arimidex, but honestly @Eheoew take levs advice and try lower your e2 with bold. I’m not a huge fan on Arimidex/Aromasin but they have their place when needed. I personally use primo to control my e2 but bold is much easier to get and will do the same. Mast will block e2 receptors but not inherently lower it.

Also @Wolfenstein arimidex arrived, bloody next day delivery. Zinc and valerian arrived aswell.
I would stay on this stack now, dont change a thing for now at least 2 weeks as we add the arimidex @Eheoew

Last night was the first night of sleep taking the sleep aids. My sleep was amazing, struggled getting to sleep but once I was asleep it was amazing.

@Eheoew I tried Alternaleaf first and said it was for sleep. They knocked me back saying you need to have seen a doctor or something first. I then tried another online place and this time said anxiety and sleep. It helped that I've been prescribed Zoloft before. Was straight forward this time. To me it seems to have definitely madw a difference hey.

4% is crazy. Were you really sick or drinking or something? I stopped drinking alcohol cuz of my whoop. Booze really fuks your recovery up

Nah no drinking or anything, I stopped drinking about a year ago but I wasn’t able to sleep gettig hour and a half sleep
 
Sleep was fucking PERFECT. Lacking a bit of strength today but hoping next push day will be all fine nevertheless still had a great workout today and was feeling great. Have got so much more vascular, have got veins popping up in my armpit on the lat and chest and shoulders and heaps on my forearms.

Hahaha the whoop has been extremely helpful so far. Not even just going to the gym but not sleeping affects everything in my life. And nah I don’t think the Ralox is doing anything just yet, I’ve been on 60mg a day

Can be tricky i had a hig gyno flare this year from tren and ran tamoxifen for two and a half months but no lumps or any interference now... give ralox some time and if no dice may be worth trying nolva
Just fixing up my e2 and prolactin then I’ll be looking at running more stuff or running higher dosages

Yea I used to be a dickhead and decided to run massive cycles while having no clue about anything and giving myself gyno, running this cycle just made it a bit worse but I’ll be sorting it out and getting surgery if I have to.

You can PBS (sp?) for surgery, tell your Dr pre-pubescent gyno. Then you get referral maybe wait, but worth it.

The risk of the game unfortunately brother, as you said though can always have it removed though.
felt really good today, instead of just trying to do my max weight I slowed it down. Energy was up strength has gone up a little bit.

Just had consultation with alternaleaf regarding CBD and they said I’m eligible but I need a letter from psychiatrist explaining the usage for one of my sleeping drugs I used to be prescribed.
cbd will be a big win :D

But where there’s a will there’s a way, I’ve got consultations with a couple other clinics and I won’t mention previous prescriptions

Get the letter sorted first and line up those new clinic options so you dont need to blackmarket it imo @Eheoew

Using the whoop for tracking is great man, really good insights, i use oura as I am pretty tattooed and the sensor doesnt pick up properly, what was your recovery score with a sleep that short?

Recovery was at 49% which is not ideal but at least my average recovery is a whole lot better. How accurate is the oura?

Agree with @LevButlerov even with the low energy bro you still got a solid workout in so to be too hard on yourself.
 
Oura is pretty good man, I have only been using it for about a month; it isnt as good for tracking workouts but the health stuff is great, which is mainly what I wanted, honestly a 49 is pretty good off 5 hours you would have solid numbers with hrv and hr
I find it crazy how a ring can track all that shit. Do you notice it getting in the way or interfering with bench press or anything like that?

Main issue is getting to sleep. I’m in bed by like 6-7pm and trying to sleep but just can’t seem to fall asleep till very late
