Hey guys, I am finally ready to pull the trigger . Since I signed up last September, I have spent countless hours reading and learning a lot from the EVO community. Now I am ready to move forward. I see every week beginners like me, posting question with insufficient information. Hopefully I wont fall into that category. Here is my plan for a 1st cycle. Your Comments and Feedback Are Welcomed and Appreciated
I am 36 yrs old- lifting for 3 yrs, with a 4 months break after a partial tear of a pectoral tendon. High 5’7”, Current weight 156 lb. My goal. 10lb of lean mass. 15% BF (based on a hydrostatic test) Experience: I did a cycle of Msten which I liked, unfortunately I didn’t plan a PTC and suffered the consequences. Live and learn.
My diet is very healthy. (my fiance is great about that). My routine. I lift 4-5 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week. Doing more cardio lately since I signed up for a Tough Mudder.
Here is the plan :
15 weeks total cycle which includes 10 week of Test E @ 500 mg per week and 5 weeks of PTC (hey, cycle ends after PTC, not after the last pin, right?!)
- Week 1 thru 10 = Test E 500 mgs per week. Wed and Sunday Pin days .
- Week 1 thru 14 = Aromasin 12.5 mgs Every other day . (may increase or decrease depending of side effects)
- Week 1 thru 15 = N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM
- Week 9 to 12 = HCGenerate - 3 caps AM/2 pre-workout Every day
- Week 11 to 14 Clomid = 50/50/25/25
- Week 11 to 15 = Nolva 40/30/20/20 /10 week 11 to 15
I am just trying to keep it simple and responsible.
