Hey guys, I am finally ready to pull the trigger . Since I signed up last September, I have spent countless hours reading and learning a lot from the EVO community. Now I am ready to move forward. I see every week beginners like me, posting question with insufficient information. Hopefully I wont fall into that category. Here is my plan for a 1st cycle. Your Comments and Feedback Are Welcomed and Appreciated

I am 36 yrs old- lifting for 3 yrs, with a 4 months break after a partial tear of a pectoral tendon. High 5’7”, Current weight 156 lb. My goal. 10lb of lean mass. 15% BF (based on a hydrostatic test) Experience: I did a cycle of Msten which I liked, unfortunately I didn’t plan a PTC and suffered the consequences. Live and learn.
My diet is very healthy. (my fiance is great about that). My routine. I lift 4-5 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week. Doing more cardio lately since I signed up for a Tough Mudder.

Here is the plan :

15 weeks total cycle which includes 10 week of Test E @ 500 mg per week and 5 weeks of PTC (hey, cycle ends after PTC, not after the last pin, right?!)

- Week 1 thru 10 = Test E 500 mgs per week. Wed and Sunday Pin days .

- Week 1 thru 14 = Aromasin 12.5 mgs Every other day . (may increase or decrease depending of side effects)

- Week 1 thru 15 = N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM

- Week 9 to 12 = HCGenerate - 3 caps AM/2 pre-workout Every day

- Week 11 to 14 Clomid = 50/50/25/25

- Week 11 to 15 = Nolva 40/30/20/20 /10 week 11 to 15

I am just trying to keep it simple and responsible.

Hey bro-

You want to 14 days after your last Test E shot and then start PCT....

So PCT would be weeks 13-17

You could even run the pct for only for weeks on that cycle
 
Looks good, you might want to throw in some anavar or dbol, but 500mg is good for a first cycle, wait about 2 weeks after last injection before you start pct.

Thanks Bro. I decided to go with test only to see how my body reacts to each compound. It is easier to identified side effects. PCT after 2 weeks. Noted! Thanks my man.

I don't have much to add here bro. It looks good to me. As already noted you want to wait approx 15 days after last inject to start pct. other than that it looks like you have a solid setup there. Eat big, train hard, and you'll get your results. Glad you got over that injury, be careful with that.
 
looks good I would jump start with LGD and would switch nolva for aromasin in pct and add osta to pct
 
You need a better pct. Add HCGenerate ES and even some GW from sarms1 if you can. Your pct also should be longer to be sure. 6weeks-8 weeks minimum IMO.

Nah just use classic if you already have it. It's powerful stuff. I've been on for over a year and I can feel my balls getting harder and a little bigger after about a week of HCGenerate and some Clomid etc. Mainly on Clomid and HCGenerate right now with GW, aromasin and N2guard. But balls started changing with the HCGenerate. I'll try ES one day but this is my actual first time using HCGenerate and I have to say I am impressed.

It would be in your best interest to use hcgenerate classic version while on cycle and use the extra strength version in your post cycle therapy. I have always been a big proponent of the clomid,nolva and aromasin combination in pct. That is what I have always found to be the most effective for myself and others around me.

That's what I am going to do. It is a bit expensive that way but still cheaper that my health insurance deductible haha !! Thanks for the advise Bro

Hey guys. Quick question. Since the UGL I am using has a minimum order policy, I have to get more gear that necessary. This may sound stupid but, does Test has an expiration date? I was thinking about saving the extra Test for a 2nd cycle. or maybe getting a different compound for later on. On a different note. I had to make a quick trip overseas last week and I was lucky enough to get Nolv and Clomid (Omifin) from a Pharmacy. No prescription needed. sweet!!!! Thanks guys!
 
Yesterday was my 1st injection... It went absolutely perfect. No blood or pain. I didn't feel it at all. I got all my supplements, diet and workout layout. Feeling good!
 
I'm getting ready to start my first cycle which is almost identical to yours. Keep posting, I'd like to know how everything goes.

Here is my update after 1 week and 2 shots .
Cycle: both time went really smooth, I little sore after the 1st one but nothing too serious. My wife is helping me with the injection, that helps a lot. I am taking N2 guard 2/2/3 each day And 12.5 liquidaroma EOD The taste of liquidaroma is probably the worse part of everything, I want to throw up every time. No pain no gain. I will post a chart I use to keep track of everything.
Exercise: hitting the gym every day. I am following Layne Norton program from the body space app on my iPhone
Diet: I am hitting 3000 calories and about 250 of protein everyday. I used myfitness pal app on my iPhone. FEELING GOOD!

Milk is definitely the best chaser for the Liquidaroma. About the diet, this weekend I had a bunch of social events and brunches that pretty much messed up my diet. I struggled hitting the correct calories and protein in take. On Sunday night, I was eating like an animal trying to compensate for a late brunch. I was close, but couldn't make my goal. Weekdays are much better since I go to the gym at 6am. By 7 :30 am I am already eating 4 eggs and 12oz berries smoothie with cottage cheese. Steroids will not show up on a standard drug test. It has to be specifically tested for and is an extremely expensive test.
 
Quick update week 3. I decided to try delt shot just for fun , not good. My arm hurt right after the injection and still hurts after 2 days. I am going back to alternating glutes. Diet : I have been eating 5-6 times a day very good quality foods. Eggs chicken, steak, turkey. For snacks I eat peanut butter shakes with skin milk, dark chocolate, high protein cereal. I am not too paranoid about counting every gram of food I eat. Workout: it has been consistent as well. hitting legs twice a week, chest, back and a bit of cardio. I take Sunday, sometime Saturday off depending how sore I am. No clear side effects yet. Libido is good, no acne or joint paint. The only thing may be going to the throne 3 times a days. It could be for all the additional food I am eating. Finally, I see a few changes in my physic. My back and arms are growing, nothing to impressive but exactly what I want... Slow and steady progress.
 
I am doing great. I had one more shot this morning, it was really smooth as usual (except when I did delt). The diet, gym and supplements is all good. I probably need to drink more water. I struggle trying to drink at least half gallon every day. This is week # 4 and the results are coming, about 10 lbs of muscle and water and some fat I am sure. My balls are definitely smaller as expected. Some days I just feel tired and had to drag myself to the gym, not too bad. I lifting about 10-15% more weight than 4 weeks ago. So far I am pretty happy but still not even half way into the cycle. Question for the Vets , I read that the effects of test-E really are more noticeable after week # 5. Can anyone confirm that?. I was also considering getting blood work just to have more information. when is the best time to do it?
 
bro you should feel test within the 1st 10 days not 5 weeks...its in your system so it should hit if it's real....
 
It is looking sweet. Feels so great to see how EVO community members learn from this forum, and are able to compose such good cycles. My only suggestion would be to make the PCT a week longer, and as many have already mentioned, start the PCT a couple of weeks after ending the cycle.

Also, it is nice to see such a thorough log here! Good luck with it!
 
Saw your post in my thread about having a very similar cycle to the one I was planning. I'll definitely keep following your progress in here. Did have a question though. How much did you end up spending all together once you worked out how much of everything you needed?

So you should be 5-6 weeks into your cycle. Are you happy with the results so far? Gaining weight? Definition? Strength? Keep us posted. I'm 3 weeks in in the same cycle for the most part.
 
I am. Starting week 6. I am pretty satisfied with the result. I gained about 10-12lb. Strength is up a little bit, nothing too crazy. Definition, definitely. It is noticeable enough that I get complements all the time but not too much that people call me a juicer. What about you? How are you feeling?
 
Tmrw is 3.5 weeks for me. I feel like ive gained at least 5-10 lbs. Might be water. idk. cant really say much about increase in strenght. I hope for strength, definition, and size. also, Im wondering about energy throughout the day. hope to have more of that. I think I'v gained some definition.
 
Week. 7. Unfortunately, I hurt my shoulder last week and haven't been able to put a ton of energy at the gym. I've been doing legs and cardio but not with the same intensity as weeks 1-5. My weight is about the same as week 6. Diet, well I struggle on the weekends to eat my 5 meals per day. I am trying to keep it clean and consistent but depending of how busy is work, sometime I just eat 3 times a day, protein shake after workout and a 12 oz peanut butter-banana shake for snack. Today I am getting blood work and will report about the results and quality of the gear. Hopefully everything will be perfect. Stay Tune
 
That's a damn good cycle. Might want to consider adding some d-bol into the first 4 weeks to kick start the cycle, but that's up to you. Nice job.
 
I received blood work results. Test No name.webp Pre-cycle Testosterone level was 554 ng/dl. Current Test count is 1867.8 ng/dl . Blood work was done 4 days after last pin. is this the expected count for a quality gear ?
 
Don't take my word for it. I've just been observing and first go around for me but I thought you should be around 2500-2750. Maybe someone with more experience will chime in
 
i took pre cycle blood and decided to brew my own. will post mid cycle. pm if you want my extra anyone, i was hoping you would of had 2500+ that's what i am aiming for min, but i will let others with more rep chime in
 
Yes but I seriously thought my test levels were going to come back low so I didnt get the uncapped test. My mistake. Iv've been real tired lately so I didnt think my test levels were high but it turns out it was >1500 so I dont know what it actually is but my estro level was also high @ 55. I'm thinking the Aromasin I've been using is either fake or underdosed. I have some new Aromasin on the way. Maybe Ill get some more blood work done in a couple weeks because I'm curious now.

On another note, I pulled a muscle in my back at work last week and hope that it wont slow me down much. I figure I have 6 weeks to go on the original plan so I'll just work it for all I can and gauge the results at the end. My results this far arent crazy but I notice some transformation taking place.

How's your shoulder? Did you talk with your source? Are you content with your test results?
 
Shoulder is fine now. I spent one week doing legs and cardio to let it recover. Now I am back on track. I contacted the source and they offered me to replace the vials. Since a few respectable members suggested to take blood 2 days after pin to get accurate results. I am going to do that and report back. The idea is not to get free stuff from a respectable source. It is to offer honest feedback and get results.

It was my mistake not getting the uncapped test and I'm sure this is a good introductory run for the both of us. Stay healthy and keep posting your progress. Along with a good source the knowledge I've found reading these forums has been huge. Not sure where I could have found all this info if I hadnt discovered these forums.

So far I feel its safe to say Ive gained at least 5-10 lbs while shedding some body fat. Its no magic but I do see a transformation.

Ok Guys. Here is the summary and update. After 8 weeks of Test E, I got blood work done and results came back - Testosterone at 1,867ng/dl. I felt the level was low, and the gear was under-dose. Blood was taken 4 days after pin. After posting my concern, a few members and the source, suggested getting blood drawn 48yrs after last pin. I may say this about the source, he offered to replace two vials for free, which it was tempting, but I really wanted to be fair with him and follow the right procedure before jumping into conclusions.

Today I received results back. Testosterone Level is 2,732. 48hr after pin. His product is good. LH is almost 0, which is consistent with good gear.

I didn’t want to name the source without having conclusive probe. ROBO is good to go. The product and the communication are great. Do business with himBloods 06-18-2015-1.webp

I traveled to South America for 1 week but now I have to stay here for 1 month. I already run out of N2. . Getting Nolva here is not a problem (no prescription needed) but I can't get N2 or HCG ES. What Can I do? The cycle went perfect and I don' t want to mess it up at the end. Unfortunately, I am stuck here for weeks and my stuff is in the USA. Any suggestions?

Why cant you get it? Just shipping problem? Can you receive shipments from international vendors or other places with similar product?

You really do need to get something at least similar. Thats the proper way to do it. Whenever someone like the last guy says i don't THINK you need it. That fool don't know. You either know you don't or you do. And I can personally tell you it is the proper way to pct. so will many others.

Now you can alter the product to accomplish the same thing If you cant get the N2 products. People act like its gods gift but there are other options to look at to accomplish the same task if needed.
 
The problem is timing. I need to start PCT on Monday. I have everything in USA but I need to find similar product to N2 and HCGenerate ES here in South America, I just don't know what kind of product do I need to find.
 
It's been a while since my last report. I am in week 3 of PCT. doing Clomid,Nolva and HC Generate ES. I lost some water weight but definitely kept some gains. Now I am just trying to keep up with the diet. The plans is to get blood work done after PCT. The only complain is my libido, it is very low (not good since I am recently married). Any advice on that. I know it is my body coming back to natural production.
