LGD doseage

Hi all, pretty sure I know the answer but want clarification, lgd 1ml per day? Bottle says 10mg/ml 30ml so this means 1ml = 10mg?

should I start first dose at 10mg or start at say 3 and increase by 1 or 2mg a week?

I would do 5mg a day and then increase up to 10mg

In the case of LGD it is best to increase the dosage gradually, so as mentioned by @stevesmi, better start with just 5 mgs for a couple of weeks. Then increase the dosage to 10 mgs.

I would start at 5mg/day (0.5mL) for the first week, if you experience no side effects, then increase your dosage to 10mg/day (1mL).

Run the LGD for 8-12 weeks. Then run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day
