Currently on my first cycle of osta 25mg a day and lgd 5mg a day. Results have been great. Problem is, I'm 5 weeks from my PL meet and I'm already 4# above my weight class. I can cut 5-6# in water weight easily, but since I'm gaining about 1# a week, I might have to lose more weight then that? My question is, can I cut out the lgd for a week at the end of prep to lose some of the extra water weight, get back on before meet day, and not lose strength? Does the buildup of the lgd in the system help, or could I stop taking during my deload and restart a couple days before the actual meet, since I start deload 10 days out. Or am I better off cutting down calories now, to lessen the weight gain? Just want to take the course that leads to the most strength, but keeps me from having to jump up a weight class. Thanks!
