So I was in the supplement store the other day to buy some creatine and the guy behind the counter recommended some liquid stuff. I haven't really heard much about it so i didn't buy it. I wanna get some opinions from the guys here before I buy. So liquid creatine...hot or not?

Thanks

Mans not hot with liquid creatine. Just go with the powder form is my opinion.

Anyway this is what I've experienced when I tried it.

With micronized creatine you can pretty much feel when you putting muscle mass/energy wise. Liquid creatine for me personally it took me way longer to even start feeling anything, however it has better side of holding less water, in terms of strong wise, liquid is a bit weaker. Plus on top of that it's expensive as fuck, for the price of 1 liquid creatine that will last you for 30 days you can buy 1 year worth of micronized creatine for whole year.

Still totally up to you. There's not much lab work on liquid creatine, however the powder form there's tons of studies out there that you can check.

Complete and utter waste of money. Bin it

i'm not gonna make a blanket statement but never take the dudes advice at a supplement store. i don't care how jacked he is. i promise he didn't get jacked off the shit they are selling there. anything you buy from a retail store is either shit or marked way higher than it should be. otherwise how could they stay in business? stick to N2bm products, they are superior all around

It's fairly straight forward but I'll list how this works.
1) You can add the powder to water. Not hard is it? If it is I'll do it for you and charge you for my time
2) Pills (try Anicent Strength from N2BM) and powder are cheap. The liquid, per dose, is not.
3) No basic powder form when added to water / liquid stays stable for long (20 mins IIRC).
4) Now how long do you suppose it's been on that shop shelf (fridge if you're real lucky).
5) In order to make it stable they'd have to enscapulate it (wrap in in something stable). Seems like hard work (again expensive) when you could just take a fkin pill
