Hello everyone,

I am fairly new here as i have been reading a lot of the posts here but never really signing up, until now. What i am looking for is some help finding a way to lean up and keep some of my mass. My current stats are 6'0 178 38 years old and 16%bf. I have been lifting and doing a lot of aerobics for 2 years solid now and before that off and on for 6 years (kids). Lately I have hit a wall that I am trying to break thru and would like some help with finding the right things to take as i currently have not taken anything.
 
I have not seen those threads before thank you as they help. i have to admit it is nice to have a place where you can get help and not all of the BS everyone gives out
 
If you want to go natural I suggest training hard and eating good. If you do those 2 things you will see nice results...
If you juice up than do same thing and research cycles on here to get your feet wet.
