I have been working out for a while now, maybe a little over a year but havent gained a single pound and i want to go hard during the summer months.
Ive been wondering which supplements are the most important for gaining muscle. I am very lean and skinny already so i dont worry about gaining weight.
This is what i have on my list. I dont have too much money so i would like to hear your advice and your experiences with these products before i go try them.
-Creatine: Musclepharm Assault
-Protein: Optimum Gold Standard Whey
-Fish oil
-glutamine??
I have already have multivitamins and Scivation Xtend...
