what dose of masteron is recommended to take when used as Anti-Estrogen guys? thank you.

Masteron does have anti-estrogen properties but the anti-estrogen properties of masteron are NOT strong enough to warrant not needed an aromatize inhibitor with your cycle.

An AI is very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno, water retention etc.

guys in the old days would use proviron and masteron to help with this.. but they were running way less gear and rarely if ever ran testosterone

the guys today run 500mg+ of test a week. and a lot of guys run 1G+.. so no masteron isnt' going to do shit to help you in that situation. run aromasin

I usually run mast e around 600mg/ wk. It does help control estrogen but you should continue to run some AI. I have heard of some guys not requiring AI when on it but I would still run some to be on the safe side. Some people are more prone to estrogen then others.

Masteron has seemed to have gained a ton of popularity in the 5-6 years ive been away from gear. My understanding / experience with it is that very few people who use MAST are actually low enough in BF % to actually benefit from it. Maybe thinking has changed.

While mast can slightly help with estrogen, you don't rely on it for that purpose. You need an AI such as aromasin, arimidex, or letro. I would highly suggest aromasin as your top choice and arimidex as a second. I would never use letro on cycle because it is too easy to crash estrogen.
