MCT oil

Does anyone use MCT oil? I see people adding it to coffee anyone else doing this? What is it supposed to do for you ?

it is a very healthy fat. also a lot of guys use it to break their fasts

I do not use it personally

It is a great fat and often used in keto diets. I don't use it personally but it has a place in certain diets.

Diarrhea is a well known side effect of high dosages of MCT oil.

I personally use coconut oil instead. It's still high in MCT, but since it also contains some short chain fatty acids, it's much easier on the stomach.

The so-called 'bullet proof coffee'. It's (MCT oil) purported to offer energy but be difficult to store as fat

I have had bulletproof coffee with MCT oil present. I liked it for sure.
