Does anyone out there use cinnamon both in their foods and also supplementing it? I've read that you can use one to two grams per day and it's supposed to be really good for you. It does a lot of good things, including helping with your brain health and also helping with your blood pressure and cholesterol and stuff like that. It's supposed to also boost insulin sensitivity.

I think that any spice out there has health benefits and it's a great option to use with your foods. I like to use cinnamon with sweet potatoes. It tastes amazing.

You're not gonna fix anything by sprinkling cinnamon on your food if that's what you're asking but it is a good supplement to use as a stack.

It’s strong enough that it’s listed as possibly interacting with metformin and causing hypoglycemia.
I’ve heard of it being used along with HGH for a little help with minor bg elevation. I’ll bet if you took enough for long enough, under controlled experimentation, you could measure a difference. But yeah, probably not huge or else some maniac by now would have hurt themselves lol
