Here's a couple shots after today's training. I train mainly Powerlifting but add in a mix of accessory work for hypertrophy/aesthetics as well. 6'2" 206lbs at 44 years old.

Thanks! Just finished my 7th wave (month) of 5/3/1. It's the best program I've run for strength, size, and conditioning. Like the name says, it's a bit boring but effective.

Last year tren and test cycle bros, I been bulking I put on some fat sense then but bulk is over I'm gonna be staring my cut this month so hopefully when I'm done I will look even 10x better than this.

I'm going to go ahead and bump this... No offense to the op but I see everyone is saying good progress and this and that. Seeing as I'm pretty new to fitness I am disappointed to see people say that to what I see as terrible progress. Is 3 years what it really takes to do this?
 
Come on now I'm not trying to start anything. Forums like this are to help people with proper fitness techniques and supplements. If you tell everyone they are doing great then they don't improve.

Terrible progress? For a man his age? Ya know not everyone can live in the gym and eat the right way. People have lives and setbacks. We arnt paid athletes. I commend him for his hard work and for his dedication during times that I'm sure were trying and frustrating. We don't out anyone down here we up lift and mentor. And seems you clearly need some mentoring little bro.

They won't improve with you putting them down or being negative. You know its not that easy posting pics of yourself not knowing whether you will get ridiculed or not. That takes great courage. I commend him. And if he ever needed help there is tons of it here.
 
Sorry to disappoint bros. This is a hobby for me. I do it because I enjoy it. I've added an inch to my arms this year already. I'm learning everyday. I broke my pr on bench press last week. I work a lot of hours at my job and drive two hours a day on top of that. I workout as often as possible. That may be 5 days one week and 2 the next. I'm 36 years old with a family. I would love to look like some of you guys but I ain't there yet.
I'll take constructive criticism, I ain't no pussy, I can handle it.

I'm not saying you don't look in shApe. You're in way better shape than I am. I am new to trying to get fit as hell and seeing 3 years made me think I'm never going to get in shape... That's all.

OK. Well, since as u say u r new to fitness you shudnt judge anyone's progress. How would you know what is or isn't terrible progress if you don't even know what ur talking about.

Again as I said we say positive things here. Not put down peoples efforts.

I was under the assumption forums like this were for constructive criticism. Guess I was wrong. It doesn't take a fitness expert to know what can and can't be done in 3 years. I have lost 27 lbs in 2.5 months with a half ass diet alone and no exercise. Sorry if it came out the wrong way he looks great but just not what I would expect in that time frame..... That's all.
 
Liftnew, glad to see your lifting. Hope you enjoy it and I honestly hope you do make more progress than I did during my first 3 years. Good luck.

And losing that is nice progress. And I'm sure u will hit walls and plateaus. And become frustrated. And need help and we will be here to provide that help. We will never diminish your progress. That was my only point.

And I understand ur discussing the gentleman's progress. My man, it take alot of work. And COIL, don't fret, ur progressing just fine and look great.

Don't be fooled aas is potent, but without solid training, eating, recovery---the whole 9, u r only scratching the surface. Put all of these to work for u, and watch the magic happen.

The previous statement is not meant for anyone, just trying to help others focus thats all.
