If I run a cycle for bulk it would be a "lean" bulk if you want to call it that. I don't really have a desire to be much bigger then I am currently. Another 10lbs and then it would just be continuous fine tuning. I basically recomp diet continuously now.
Honestly once I quit drinking when I was fat, threw in a half way decent diet, weight just fell off. Even now I don't diet nearly as clean or hardcore as many of you fellas do. If I stuck a more clean diet and threw in some basic cardio, I'd really lean out.
Typically I eat
9 egg whites 3 whole eggs, throw some cheese on it if I'm sick of eggs with oats
8oz chicken breast, a sweet potato or brown rice, usually a piece of fruit here too mainly bananas cause I'm lazy
Meal 3
10oz chicken, as much greens as I can stuff in me, a large sweet potato
Meal 4
8oz chicken, quick digesting carb source here prior to training
50 g ISO shake before and after training with carb powder. Again carbs vary day to day
Meal 5
10oz steak, sometimes a nice big burger, sometimes I am super lazy and order trash like 99 or something but tend to stick with steak or turkey tips and greens
Back/leg day I add in another meal 8oz chicken or ground turkey with a sweet potato
Casein shake and hit bed
I put hot sauce, BBQ sauce, salt pepper, whatever I want on this stuff. It's simple, it works, could I clean it up and make it a good deal better? With out a doubt but it's giving me the results I want
