bro i went from 183lbs to 200lbs...but some of it is water weight. Might have added a little fat but not much. Great now I feel like a whale lol.

haha, lets hope. Caliper measurements haven't changed say I'm 11.5-12%...I think 12. Thanks man, heavy front squats and dead lifts for da win!!!

Ya know, that's really bugging me.

I have worked with handicapped children and adults. Two of my best friends children are mentally handicapped and require constant attention.

So I don't take to kindly to the word tard. Retard etc.

I'm pretty sure since I arrived here I have treated everyone with the utmost respect and I feel like name calling is not something that's warranted.

If I am a retard because I didn't know that's a woman's back because while impressive she is buff as shit and in a half fuzzy hot tub photo with not even being able to see hips or ass that could easily be either gender.

"That's gay" and "you're gay" are two different things right? I use derogatory words all the time. In the appropriaelte to people I know very well. I wouldn't say "you are fucking gay" to a guy I didn't know or barely knew.

I think people are too sensitive. I used to get slapped for calling my brother and especially sister retarded because I have a cousin w downs. I still say the word every now and then.

Ya alot of derogatory words are now used as slang.....look at the "n" word used for blacks, which I personally would never use, but is blasted out of every loud car stereo playing rap music. It boggles my mind why this is not offensive when they have fought for decades to banish this mindset

First pic I was 255lbs 38"-39" waist. I haven't had my body fat done in a while, since my first cycle. Never cared that much to know, after being as heavy as I was just having abs makes me happy. I am gathering products for my next cycle come November. Going to finally try new stuff besides test. Hoping to do dbol, test, maybe Npp with var to finish off?

My goals constantly change as my body develops. When all this started I said I wanted to have abs and be 225lbs. Now that I'm 236 and have surpassed my goal, well I raised the bar now.

Now after my next cycle I'd like to push up into the 245-250lb range. Hoping using some compounds for size (dbol and or NPP) will get me there.

Interesting...So...being that you now want to put on some more quality size, how do you propose to do that diet wise? I mean, obviously you are going to increase your calories but are you going to go on a massive bulk or more of a continuous recomp type of thing? You look great bro. No need to put on unnecessary lbs unless its muscle :)
 
If I run a cycle for bulk it would be a "lean" bulk if you want to call it that. I don't really have a desire to be much bigger then I am currently. Another 10lbs and then it would just be continuous fine tuning. I basically recomp diet continuously now.

Honestly once I quit drinking when I was fat, threw in a half way decent diet, weight just fell off. Even now I don't diet nearly as clean or hardcore as many of you fellas do. If I stuck a more clean diet and threw in some basic cardio, I'd really lean out.

Typically I eat
9 egg whites 3 whole eggs, throw some cheese on it if I'm sick of eggs with oats

8oz chicken breast, a sweet potato or brown rice, usually a piece of fruit here too mainly bananas cause I'm lazy

Meal 3
10oz chicken, as much greens as I can stuff in me, a large sweet potato

Meal 4
8oz chicken, quick digesting carb source here prior to training

50 g ISO shake before and after training with carb powder. Again carbs vary day to day

Meal 5
10oz steak, sometimes a nice big burger, sometimes I am super lazy and order trash like 99 or something but tend to stick with steak or turkey tips and greens

Back/leg day I add in another meal 8oz chicken or ground turkey with a sweet potato

Casein shake and hit bed

I put hot sauce, BBQ sauce, salt pepper, whatever I want on this stuff. It's simple, it works, could I clean it up and make it a good deal better? With out a doubt but it's giving me the results I want

And I typically do 150-200g carbs on off days, 300ish 3 days and 400-450 on back and leg days
