A cup of hot green tea will help rev up your central nervous system and provide a nice cognitive increase. It will also raise serotonin levels which are the body's feel good hormones.

The b-vitamins are involved in focus and energy metabolism so a b100 vitamin will also help increase mental focus.

The pre-workout D-spark from n2bm.com is also great at provide a nice non-stimulant focus increase. http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Cycle-Support/D-Spark-p239.html

If you are relying on supplements to stay focused, it sounds to me like you might not be sleeping enough. Make sure you are getting 6-8 hours a night.

If you need a boost for studying, I would just go with a simple cup of coffee or green tea. As far as a pre-workout for focus, first make sure to have a solid meal in you, second, opt for DSpark. You will see nice pumps and an increased level of focus.

look up aniracetam and oxiracetam for studying, stuff works hardcore.

For mental focus when training, tyrosine at 3gr taken at least 1hr post meal, it hits 45min later and gives nice dopamine boost, makes your pre workouts stronger as well. No crash. Buy the powder, it's insanely cheap to use.

Could add a bit of DMAE also.

Enjoy!

Also, don't forget about having enough sleep and eating regularly. Personally, I find that a quick 15-20 minutes nap is another great thing that really helps me get focused, and get a bit more energy.
