Backstory on my bench. i have NEVER been strong on my bench, both BB and DB. at all. not in the slightest. im not sure if its structural or i dont train chest the right way, form, whatever. But i crushed 120lb DB for 6 with relative ease tonight, and if my gym had higher, i think i couldve got 130s for 2-4. I know this is probably warm up weight for some of you, and you maybe snickering at this. but for me to do this is huge! ive never been able to bench big. ill try BB next week, and that will be at the tail end of my cycle. just very excited by this and wanted to share.
