Backstory on my bench. i have NEVER been strong on my bench, both BB and DB. at all. not in the slightest. im not sure if its structural or i dont train chest the right way, form, whatever. But i crushed 120lb DB for 6 with relative ease tonight, and if my gym had higher, i think i couldve got 130s for 2-4. I know this is probably warm up weight for some of you, and you maybe snickering at this. but for me to do this is huge! ive never been able to bench big. ill try BB next week, and that will be at the tail end of my cycle. just very excited by this and wanted to share.
 
Nice job bro. Pressing 120lb dumbbells for reps is no small feat. Keep training it!
 
Bro 120lb DB presses is not a "weak bench"...LOL. Maybe on the moon or something. That's an elite athlete level of weight...top 5% of the gym going population. Stop humblebragging...LOL
 
thats not weak at all and straight up, FUCK anyone that snickers at that... i get so sick of people that act like that... not everyone is trying to be a fucking powelifter and i dont care what you lifted, if its a record for you, then its a big deal... period.. nice work

And fuck no am I gonna look down on that. I will say right now that Anyone who frowns upon that can go fuck themselves.

Never compare your lifts to someone else next to you. There are large variety of different things that dictate how much force your muscles can generate for example: individual muscle fiber ratios muscle fibers, joint angles, limb lengths and the list goes on.

As long as you keep progressing within the limits of your own body that's all that matters in the grand scheme.
So my message to you is, keep believing in yourself and keep catching those new PR's!

No. The photo is for you. I don't need to see it. But if we do that's cool. I don't have photos or videos of all of my biggest lifts.
