Hello, when you use creatine they tell u to drink a lot of water but does milk work as water does or does it have to be water? Because i drink a lot of milk.

the reason 'they' tell you to drink water is to boost the water solubility

if you use a high quality creatine at a proper amount, you won't have to do that. that is why i suggest ancient strength.

Why are you drinking milk - what about the lactose issue?
