mixing sarms

I am currently taking Sarms cutting stack for the first time. I you know the stuff is pretty harsh, i was wondering can you mix your amount in water or does it have to be straight? thanks for any help, right now i am hitting it straight but it is rough

Dose them straight into your mouth. Swallow and chase with water/coffee/tea.

You are just going to have to just suck it up bud.

This is best alternative due to the reason that some of the sarm might be left on the sides of the glass. And when you only drink 0.5ml or 1ml, that can easily happen

It is always good to as in case you have any doubts, so you did the right thing by asking here. It is indeed best to squirt it directly into your mouth, and not mix your SARMS with other liquids in a glass. The thing is that it will stick to the glass walls, and as a result, you would be getting less active substance, and part of the SARMS you paid for will essentially get flushed down the drain. Hence, just take them directly, and then chase with some water or juice. It is the most economical and effective way of taking SARMS. After some time you will get used to the taste, so it won't be such a problem.
