I just drank a 24oz of this thing to kill the thirst and wake me the fuk up and man I have to say, I'm wired like a mofo. This thing is sweet with 0 calories, it probably is doing something bad inside right?

I couldn't get through life without monster 0's

Lol, if it's chemicals you're worried about you might as well move into a bubble.

these energy drinks are the devil. once you get hooked on them its over for you, very hard to wean yourself off.

will they effect your gains? absolutely. caffeine will inhibit gaba in your body, and will prevent you from reaching deep stage 3 sleep.. this is where you recover at the cellular level. so the best thing you can do is avoid these energy drinks. yeah they give you a boost during your workout, I get that. but sleep and recovery is the most important thing

So true. Lol. I sell monster. Zero ultra is the Seconed best seller, next to green. This stuff flies off the shelf. Sling 30 plus cases a week at some places. I personally don't drink them. Seems when I do, im tired the day after. The monster muscles are pretty cool though. They just came out with banana flavor.

It is full of stimulants, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours and colors. Take a minute and look at the ingredient list. Besides carbonated water, do you notice any of the other ingredients?

Once in a while, they are fine as a treat but they shouldn't be drank regularly. If you want a stimulant boost, a cup of black coffee or green tea is a much better alternative.

Just the other day I decided to drink
A red bull zero sugar as a pre workout it workd sick. Today I tried again for legs and it suckd lol.

I always hated the energy drinks, because somehow they always manage to hide all of the bad stuff they have. Better opt for more natural and healthier alternatives, like coffee or tea. They can be very effective if you take the real thing.

Energy drinks are terrible for you .. Now, with that said, I work night shift. 7pm to 7am. You better believe about 11pm I'll slam a redbull to help get through the night . I do expensive engineering work and can't make mistakes. I'm not a abuser of them, but maybe one a night on work nights.

Just curious, dies anyone have any reputable published studies showing all these claims being made against energy drinks?

All energy drinks are no good but if you do need some here and there I always go with the zeros

Fake energy with tons of man made ingredients. Not good. You should be getting your energy thru whole food. I know it sounds difficult but I promise you won't even need a boost with the right amount of protein, fat and carbs. Stay away from energy drinks. Should you want something....have a small cup of coffee. Good luck

I used to drink red bulls every morning so I'm not hating. But for me they just stopped doing anything for me unless I drank 2. And I wasn't gonna keep going up

I used to work night shifts and I won't lie, those Monster zeros kept my ass from dozing off every once and a while when I needed it. The white, black, orange & yellow all taste damn good. It's been a while since I've downed one though - mainly been sticking to coffee lately.
