hi guyz
about Multi-Vitamin what time should i use it 1 befor exercise and 1 after ?
and do u recomend to use amino acids ?

does the brand even matter? its just vitamins lol

yes bro.

you would be shocked at how underdosed this stuff is and how poorly a bad brand is absorbed! also many vitamins are not water soluble or chelated, i would not buy a vitamin from walmart or the big name drug store.

same goes for anything.. it isn't your imagination that the CVS brand aspirin is way less effective than the name brand even though they both say the same ingredients. guess what? its been going on for years but the FDA only checks 1 out of every 5 product on the shelf, and when they get caught they have to recall the item.. you think CVS cares that they have to recall their own brand? of course not. for them it is a blip on their billions of profit.

that is why i love n2bm. their products are A+ and the owner makes sure he only sells quality products that are legit. no games or gimmicks.. trust your brand.

It doesn't matter when you take your vitamins, ending you want to throw in some BCAAs, pre and intra-workout is fine.

Just take it in the morning with your food.
As far as BCAA's goes, waste of money. Just buy a good quality whey protein instead if you want to supplement with extra protein.

I wouldn't go as far to say that generic drugs and store branded vitamins are garbage. The big chains use the same well known companies to make their generic brands and the big chains go through great efforts to make sure their stuff is as claimed on the bottle. The last thing they want is a multi million dollar lawsuit on their hands. I recently read an article in the WSJ that says GNC is now testing every single product they carry in their stores to make sure the ingredient claims are correct.

With regards to vitamin timing, it really make no difference. The problem I have with most multi's is they suck. Many contain elements that inhibit the absorbtion of others. So I personally don't use multi's anymore...I use individual vitamins as needed and things I know most people tend to be deficient in. Starting with: Vitamin D, Zinc, Magnesium, and Selenium.

The research is scant on the benefits of BCAA's and EAC's. They certainly wont hurt but it's unlikely they are helping.
