And those are indeed very good points. This is one big mistake many do that they kind of start fixing things backwards. Instead of starting from the obvious which is the diet they start taking supplements to basically support their poor diet.
Another thing is whenever you start taking a new supplement, whatever the supplement might be always first give some thought to 1. why am I taking this supplement and 2. Do I really need this supplement.
Multivitamin at least in my case is kind of in the grey area. I am not actually 100% sure if I really need it but as I can afford it I am taking it for umm...how do you say it...just for "security" reasons, meaning just to be sure I am not lacking any specific vitamin/mineral etc...if you guys understand where I am getting at.
I’m always on the go with work, workout and family. My eating is way better but I know I’m not eating all the minerals and vitamins. I’ll check out the Multi-3D. Good post.
In an ideal world we'd all have a bodybuilder focused meal prep company (or a handy chef) feeding us a perfectly balanced diet. Given the cost, even a premium product like 3D-Multi, is pennies a day I hedge my bets by taking one.
