Multivitamin Recommendations

Just like the title says, I'm looking for some good recommendation for a multivitamin. I'm current taking Animal Pack along with HCG ES and n2guard. That's a lot of pills. Want to cut back a little.

I recommend ruthless 3D from n2bm.com. It is fairly inexpensive and has a small 3 tablet serving size. The minerals used in the formula are of the amino acid chelated form which have the highest absorption rate out of any mineral form (they are also the most expensive). The formula also has additional b vitamins and anti oxidants which are very beneficial for any athlete. The multi vitamin was developed with the serious athlete or physique competitor in mind.

Ruthless 3D + n2guard + hcgenerate Es is a really good stack.

I like Orange Triad but will sometimes make some organic kelp 00 caps and make a bunch of powdered herb caps that serve as my vitamin-minerals supplement.
