Muscle cramps

Started getting muscle cramps at the end of cycle. I know I haven't been drinking enough water or getting enough vitamins , upped my water intake and restocked vitamin supply. just curious if that was my problem.

Probably water. Low in potassium maybe. Probably has nothing to do with the cycle directly. When I run a lot and don’t watch my water, I get cramps in my calves. But when well hydrated, never happens.

Drink a few coconut waters. Works every time.

Why? What bad thing has your liver done to you to have deserved that? (Rhetorical!)

Most likely a magnesium deficiency. It is estimated that up to 95% of athletes are deficient in magnesium.

Up your water intake and start taking a magnesium supplement and you should be good to go
