Started getting muscle cramps at the end of cycle. I know I haven't been drinking enough water or getting enough vitamins , upped my water intake and restocked vitamin supply. just curious if that was my problem.

Probably water. Low in potassium maybe. Probably has nothing to do with the cycle directly. When I run a lot and don’t watch my water, I get cramps in my calves. But when well hydrated, never happens.
