Hey guys just wanted to get everyone's basic supplements they take on a daily basis and when u guys take them.
for me:
Creatine (pre/post workout, and once in the morning)
Whey Protein (pre/post workout)
Casein Protein (Before bed)
Glutamine (3 times a day, post workout)
BCAA's (Post workout)
Caffeine, Ephedra, Aspirin stack (pre-workout)
Beta Alanine (through out the day)
for me:
