Was late getting home after daycare Christmas party got my planks done while the monster ate and then managed to get in my push-ups and crunches before we had to go to bed.

Workout
Planks 5 sets 1:30, 1:15, 1;10, 1:10, 1:05
Push-ups 5 sets 18,18,17,15,14
Crunches 5 sets of 30

Had a ribeye for dinner. Adding a bonus pic of the monster I took as he was attempting to him off of the couch onto me while I tried to do crunches.
You should have him climb on top of your back and you hold a plank :) I have my kid do that as he’s super hyper :ROFLMAO:

This evening I have both of my kiddos so I’m opting to spend some time with my daughter. Will get back to the workout grind tomorrow. Dinner tonight will be wings. I’ll be having mine plain but have some sauces for the kids.
I’d love me some wings :) but too late in day
