If you are on cycle and using liver toxic oral steroids - use the full recommended dosage of 7 capsules/day

If you are not on cycle and are using the product as a health aid - you don't need the full dosage. Take 3-4 capsules/day

it says the regular dosage.. the OP is asking about off cycle/pct

and for that you should use 3-4 caps

on a harsh cycle i up it to 10 a day
