Nail growth

So im tapering off with test prop and and its been about a week 1/2 and ive noticed my finger nails growin like crazy i know his happens with GH anybody ever have the same?

Steroids increase muscle protein synthesis. They do not increase collagen synthesis (collagen is what your nails are made out of).

I honestly suspect it's just in your head. You are probably thinking 'wow I am taking steroids so everything must be growing like crazy' and noticed how fast your finger nails grow when before you would just cut them and not give it a second of thought.

never kept track of my nails on or off cycle so have no idea. i chew my nails on my hands and clip my toenails in the shower.

I have never noticed that effect at all.
