Naps gear order...

I tried messaging @jasonhill800 but Im guessing I'm too new to direct message. Placed an order on Napsgear.org 2/24/26. All domestics. Shipping notification was quick but after about 3 weeks it updated to "That package did not have proper postage applied and will not be delivered." Reached out to support 3/26/26. Ive been patient and know how things can be. Shared the shipping notification with support and only get "Your case has been submitted to upper management" for every check in.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
Does Naps have users on this board to assist with an order problem?

Brother, I really don't know about your intention.

You're commenting every thread which which someone raised issues about their orders.

But you're not commenting anything in the threads in which people are posting good experiences, sharing their Td pics, running log with gears ordered from us.

I think you should see that side as well.

Also I have just checked your forum activities and from there I can see, your majority of activities are only commenting / reacting for 2 sponsors.

One sponsor is Naps where you're just commenting / reacting negatively over the other people issues and for another sponsor you're just commenting / reacting positively everywhere. Other than that you don't active logs here not much activities in others threads.

Can you please explain this ?

i've used naps for 15 years. lately i average about 1 order a month. and i haven't had a lick of issues with my packages. sometimes a package takes a little longer to get to me. boohoo. as if its napsgear's fault we have idiots running the country in the ground with tariffs and other nonsense choking the world economy. every source has to navigate the same mine fields

Napsgear prides itself on having 100% customer satisfaction so you don't have to worry about a thing.

I’ve posted plenty of positive about YOU as well as Naps. Where I’m at now is people need to understand the bullshit they may endure when ordering from naps. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows like every moderator on this forum paints it out to be. That’s my intention; the facts. Accountability. Do better.
If you don’t like it I’ll post lab results of the bunk shit that came through you after your personal endorsement. Would you like me to share?

I’d suggest you spend your time and energy making the 1% (lol) of issues be non issues rather than searching my insignificant posts on here. At the end of the day it’s the internet. Who cares what people say, right?

Listen I know you didnt like your experience with napsgear but no reason to really go deep like this. Didnt you get store credit from @jasonhill800 why are you still upset?

6,7,8,9 weeks+ seems a bit absurd

same here , 1-2 months no package , ive ordered peptides from china 2-3 times in the space of this and received it no problem , maby naps needs better shipment company.

How much time is reasonable do you recommend? you keep saying give them time? how much time? this is your health your talking about when it balls down to
I think napsgear is doing best they can in a difficult situation :D @Sxarface you can see them trying to resolve all small issues
we only see the negative we dont see the 100,000 positives ones you follow?

Brother, you have placed order on March 21 and as I mentioned in pm, your order is with in time frame. International order take 3-4 week for delivery and 1-2 weeks buffer is there as customs and all involves in it.

As from tracking updates - your order is already in destination country.
