I’ve always ordered from naps gear and have never had an issue but nowI have not received my order and it’s going on a month this week. Strange to me on why but I keep trying to be patient. I message them several times almost every day and they keep saying give it time. I’ve ordered countless times and always receive them with no issue but not this time. Tracking said awaiting for item to be received and now it changed to tracking not available.

Is this an international order or domestic? International can definitely take some time. It could take two weeks or it could take longer.

Napsgear is a fantastic source. You're never going to go wrong using them.
 
Hopefully they resolve this matter. Everyday I keep reaching out to them and they reply the same thing give it time but it’s going on a month. Also very weird how the tracking number is no good anymore. Fingers crossed on this one 🤞🏽

Same thing happened to me. I ordered some stuff at the end of Jan. First was domestic, it got “lost in shipping” so they sent me a “replacement” that was an international order. A week after they said they shipped it, I got another email basically saying never mind they actually didn’t get it shipped and I never got my order. They gave me store credit but everything has been “coming soon” so I still haven’t received what I needed from Jan. Not very impressed with this company and probably won’t use them again. I have a few friends I work and train with that recommendation naps and they’ve recently had issues too with shipping and their orders. This was the first time I’ve used them and it def put a bad taste in my mouth.

I dont think Napsgear has refunds @Moemoe they have store credit but if its in customs I think they require customs letter @jasonhill800
 
Thanks brother. This has been a head ache. I hope I can get some kind of resolution since I’ve never had an issue before with naps.

Brother, 3-4 weeks with 1-2 weeks buffer is normal for international order. It involves the customs and all.

And only for normal situation like this we cannot process the refunds at this stage.

wait about 10 days before you think negative I think the pack will land :D @Moemoe @jasonhill800
 
So total of a month and a half. To be honest that’s a very long time. I mean I have no option at this point. I’ll wait another week or 2.
I think they tell you 30-45 business days for international this is why its cheaper vs domestic @Moemoe
 
I’ve been having an awful issue with them. Unluckily ordered the bad batch of Ultima test which took almost two months to arrive. Several of weeks of arguing with and being treated poorly by Randi/Randy Davis in order to get a refund. Replacement order was seized, and now have been being ignored for nearly two weeks. I messaged Jason, who was initially quick to respond, but was just as quick to refer me back to the regular support line who is still blowing me off. Very unhappy with this company and it is mind boggling why this forum praises them so much.

They sent me an email today saying they’re are sending a second order since the first one didn’t make it past customs so basically I have to wait longer and it’s been a month and a week. So basically like another couple weeks totaling around 2 months as well or more. I wish you luck as well since I’m also hoping I get some kind of refund or something.

i want to remind you there is a language barrier, they are in a non English speaking country. So to us the wording looks like disrespect but they are just talking normal, feels blunt because of a language barrier :D @GTS97 have you DMed @jasonhill800 ?

Your order got seized by customs. I had asked you to upload the seizure letter in the ticket, but since it was sent here in PM instead, it caused a bit of delay in the resolution.

For cases like this, we need admin approval before we can offer a reship or store credit, so it usually takes a little more time.

But I assure you, soon you'll get the resolution on this.

To be honest I don’t have any hope of ever receiving my package anymore. It’s like if they are just taking orders in, collecting the money and not sending the items. This new tracking number says it’s here local about an hour away in Pomona ca same as the last tracking so basically they were never international they were domestic. They just never get deliver now. It says the same exact thing the first tracking package said then they stop working.

I think for sure napsgear is shipping they ship to you right but they dont ship themselves, the labs do thats the big issue @Moemoe

Hi brother,

If you receive confirmation from the team about the reshipment, you can request them not to proceed with it and instead ask for a refund.

I’m also checking with the team to see if a refund can be arranged, but this will only be possible if the order hasn’t already been reshipped.

Please make sure to raise this request from your end as well in the same support ticket

I did request this since last week. I would like to process the refund at this point. I emailed them about my request last week as well.
 
It looks like I will be receiving my package Saturday according to the tracking now. After a month and a half. I guess better late then never but definitely got a bad experience this time. I will be debating if I continue to use them. They should’ve resend the package long time ago when the other tracking stop working. But it looks I I will be eventually receiving it

Lev is 100% correct. I've pointed this out multiple times. They 'sell' what... 30 brands. But hold NO STOCK. That's down to the 30 companies. Ditto neither Naps nor the company can be held to account if the carrier or customs do or do not do thier job.
