Anyone have any recommendations for an all natural inflammatory? I have been using ibuprofen for years but I don’t feel it works as effectively as it can. I heard Turmeric can help ?

You should not need an anti inflammatory on a regular basis. What's your issue?

you should not have used ibuprofen for years, you actually made your problem WORSE and probably caused permanent issues

now look where that has gotten you..

Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory, yes. Using ibuprofen everyday is not great for you.
