To make a long story short I hit the gym in 20,s to 30's faithfully with good use of gear. Due to my business I had to step away, after 8 years I have returned to lifting and it feels great I have been at it a year now and just got my hands on some BW gear. Now my questions is I would just like to run test for the first cycle or would I have to stack it due to my prior use??
