Hi all

Im new on this forum Ive read most of the topics all this week
and I feel good about this forum and steroid after reading.

My story:

Im 30 year old female 5'7 and 54kg= 8.50st = 119.04 pounds.
Is been 4years I been trying to exercise but everytime I quit after few weeks cause its very exhausting and I seem not to have enough strength and endurance I dont even see result but drive is their its just the motivation get lost after sweating so hard and feeling exhausted. I started my P90X program 2weeks ago and now I quit again but I know I will pick it up again cause I really want to do sport!! I even quit smoking and drinking alcohol to perform better in sport. After doing research and reading about steroid all this week I decided that i want to give it a try. Anavar seems the best for women can someone advise me on this?
My goal is to have a bikini body and keep all my fiminity I want to look fit and sexy not to much visible muscles only on some parts like waist, bud and thigh.
Is 2.5mg to little? Or maybe shall I order the 5mg and start with this? Can I continue with 2.5mg or 5mg and not go higher then that? the goal for taking this steroid is to start a training program and build strength and endurance to have motivation to continue doing sport without steroid. Can I stop taking this steroid after obtaining my result and just continue doing sport without the supplements? Will I not lose strenght or lose in endurance if I stop using steroid?
What are the advise for a total beginner? Ive read that first cycle is 6 to 8 weeks and then wait two weeks and restart again with 6 to 8 weeks ideal would be for me just to do the first 6 to 8 weeks and than continue without the supplements cause I want to cut my body gain some muscle mass and especially gain on endurance and strength.

You can find a picture of my body on how I look now in the link.

Thanks for the help. body 4:2014.webp

All of the goals you outlined here are well within your reach. But you really need to train consistently and stay active in the gym for at least a couple of years before you ever consider using steroids.

Anabolic steroids are something you add to your hard work and dedication, not the sole source of your drive. You need to live this lifestyle and really earn it, before trying to become chemically enhanced.

This....take that advice, it's all you need.

You have a great canvas to start from. You can really sculpt a great body from that base. I have found that it just takes enough motivation to get going and when you see positive changes you start to feed off the results. When I see progress, it makes me anxious for my next workout. When you establish fitness as a lifestyle it becomes part of who you are. It's no longer a chore, but simply a part of your daily routine. I won't try to discourage you from mild aas use, because I see what you have to build on and you could really make nice gains. If it motivates you and as a result, you become more consistent with your training, then it could be a positive experience.

Thanks for the positive reply it really gives me hope for this jounrey.
I really want to make fitness a part of my life style I used to drink and smoke weed and that was an awful lifestyle and now i want this healthy workout lifestyle
I heard it can become like a drugs working out I just want to avoid that line of exaggerating and start to look like a male. Manny thanks :)

Thanks Neanderthrone for your advise
I know I sound like I dont like to workout but I really do and want to start it consistently and make it a part of my lifestyle its the best natural drug Ive ever heard about so YES I want to become fit and workout daily with the help of steroid to start and help me gain endurance and than build it off and work out without it... if thats possible.

Your results on steroids are relative to your results off steroids. It all comes down to hard work. I wouldn't recommend anavar just because your problem seems to be working hard in the gym. Anavar will enable you to work even harder, It won't do the hard for you.

Have you ever tried a preworkout supplement? I would look into this as well as creatine to a woman.

For endurance nothing beats GW-501615 for a woman. You don't want Anavar just yet, too many side effects for a woman.

Do some research of different creatine products and pick up a good one. I hear ancient strength creatine by N2BM is good. But there are plenty. Creatine can increase endurance and strength. I use it everyday.

Get a preworkout. I prefer stimulant based preworkouts but I hear D-spark from N2BM is good.

And pick up some GW-501516. Do some research and pick a good source. Sarms1 is good. GW-501516 will absolutely give you the endurance you are looking for.

You want to cycle off these products every 8-12 weeks for at least month (except creatine, you can take that year round) especially if you take stimulant based preworkouts.

Many thanks for your positive feedback it really give me hope for my working out regime. I am planning to make sport a lifestyle and a drug cause I have no other drug in my life no more and this one is a healthy one so I cant wait to start and feel the strength and result. I feel this will be surely a positive experience!!

Welcome to Evolutionary... Just hit the gym harder and push your body to point where it's hit it's natty max potential... then rethink your gear use before taking that jump.

I applaud you for your change in lifestyle. I too have struggled with alcohol abuse and it's no way to live. Take these guys advice they know what they are talking about. No one here benefits by advising you to take or not to take steroids, so the advice is genuine. To help motivate you might I suggest you start a log here keeping track of your food intake, your weight training sessions, and your cardio sessions. You can also vent in your logs and reach out for advice. The best part though, is that you'll have people with a lot of experience following your log giving you boosts of motivation along the way. You should truly exhaust all other options and build a solid routine and base before you start on aas.

I think a lot of us have had that lifestyle too. Its a fight between fucking yourself up and building yourself up that somehow humans cant seem to win every time. Like anything it takes time. Do it whether you want to or not, eventually you wont be able to say no :)

welcome to great board have to stay in gym consistant and training has to change regularly and most important got to get the diet locked in

great advice above you look very lean. in your situation sarm's and weight traning will work well at reaching your goals. you don't need to mess with AAS yet
Hi Steve thank you. Ive just read info about this Sarms and it really look good + its legal without all these side effects. SO only taking sarms without nothing else will help me reaching my goals + Ill gain on endurance? My main goal is to really gain on endurance and the result will come with exercising.

Focusing on the results and relying on motivation will almost always end in failure...rely on commitment, commitment to waking up better than you were yesterday. Motivation is only a means to begin a commitment, it cannot and will not be the vehicle that drives you to your goals.

Considering your goal is endurance and you're lacking commitment you are looking in the wrong place entirely, AAS will not be the answer I assure you. Infact most AAS are counterproductive to endurance goals.

Commit to working out everyday for 6 months then think about adding something like clenbuterol in order to boost your performance if you feel the need.

Life isn't about getting what you want its about acquiring the strength to take it.

Plenty of women have taken anavar.

Although, I don't think you need it!

You are in great shape, Keep dieting and working hard in the gym, You'll be happy that you did it naturally!
