I have some Helladrol stock left over and i want to run a cycle with the Hella , MK-2866, S4, and LGD-4033 (half bottle so it will runout first)

I want to do a 6 week cycle with this Helladrol sarms stack. On cycle with HC generate, N2Guard, TUDCA and Liquidex (AI).

And 4 wk PCT With GW-501516 , HC generate ES , Cycle Assist and Formastanzol. I am also taking vitamin B-12 and another natural blood pressure control vitamin.

I want to use up the remaining amounts that I have after the first Sarms cycle earlier this year. I ran All of them for 12 weeks. PCT for 4 weeks. No problems at all. No sides. I Ran Hella at 100/100/100/125/125/125. Again no problems at all. But this time I want to include the Pro Hella as the main component. I know this might be a little radical but I have my reason. recovering from a back surgery 2 years ago and its still nagging me. My right shoulder is also a little jacked from some heavy weights. So I want to heal and recomp at the same time if possible.

Any advice or ideas ? I think this will work fine for me. But I want to make sure and be a safe a possible. I will not be doing this all the time. The P hormones are not available anymore so that is that after this is used up. Hopefully by then I will be on the proper road to healing some of these nagging injuries. I want to start tomorrow. So..
 
Helladrol and SARMs should be a fine stack. What is your diet and training going to look like?
 
My metabolism is very slow at my age (59) so I only have to think about food to get fat. I live in Tokyo so I eat pretty clean. Fish, Chicken, a little rice and some small amounts of pasta as my carbs. Added to that are my before training protein shakes and another one before bed. I try to eat at least every 3 and a half hours but this time I want to tighten up and recomp so I might have to adjust my calorie intake as I see where my weight goes. (86 kilos now) 5 `11 tall. Up from 75 kilos before my first Hella cycle. I would like to reach 90Kilos and cut. I will pay more attention to my diet now that the cycle has started. I tried working out everyday but that was too much on my joints etc.. so I now go One on, one off, or two on, one off. Depending on how sore I get. I hate cardio but i do bike, and now run a little. Thanks for the reply.

At your age your test levels are low. Why not run test and deca to get to the weight you want?
 
I am trying to heal as much as I am trying to grow. So I wanted to lean more towards the healing side of things rather then just size. I had my test levels checked and to my surprise it was not low at all. So I went for the standard cycle of Hella/Sarms. I got some good size with the Hella before and the Sarms cut the fat and increase my endurance during workouts. As well as dealing with the muscle wasting that I have seen from my surgery 2 years ago. Thats where the MK comes in. And the GW in PCT will let me cut down even more at the end. I also use Yohimflame before my workouts. I will consider the test/Deca after I use up the remaining Pros H's I have if I still don't reach my goals. I only have like two cycles worth left at any rate. I know I have to take it slower they you young guys. But for my age I am still pretty buffed. I just need to control my fat levels better. I love cheese in my egg whites and I know thats not the best way to do it.
 
I think a low dose of Deca could be beneficial here given your scenario 200-300mg/week. Not a fan on Hella but looks like your set to use it.. But if you want to lose a little more fat like you said GW+Yohimflame +Cardio and diet = winning
 
you need a serm in your pct, clomid or nolva......but hcgen ES will not be enough from 3 serm's & 1 ph.


take lots of fish/krill oil, n2gaurd while on too man.
 
Nagging injuries won't heal if your training intensely. I would heal up with Ostarine and ten use hella

I have clomid for my PCT to use with cycle assist and the HCgen ES. I use N2G and HCG regular on cycle with my AI.
 
I was given some antibiotics from my dentist today and I was wondering if it was ok to use them on this cycle ? If not i will not use them. The tooth is not that bad.
 
Thanks.. my training has been toned down due to my jacked shoulder but I can still workout. Just not has heavy. I hear you about healing up first. I am balancing a fine line right now. I might have to settle for just a good recomp instead of hoping for any size this time.

After two weeks on cycle I am finding that my injuries limit my workout to the point that I can't justify using the last of my pro hormone. I want to be able to go hard when on cycle and I can't do that now so I will wait. Two weeks in and I will just drop the Hella from my stack and continue on with just the sarms.

(10 more weeks). I guess I can reduce the amounts of N2 guard, TUDCA, since I cut the hella from the stack. 2 weeks at 100 mg Ed is not long enough to cause that much damage.

bro injuries are no joke.. if you keep hammering away you can end up with chronic issues

if injuries get any worse, you might want to cease cycle

smart man. slow down and go back at it when your able to really beat up your body.

But take as much time off or as much pussy lifting as necessary to heal up. Dont fuk something up by trying to come back too quickly. You have lots of good compounds, make good use of them.
