What's going on guys? Glad to be here. Registered last month and just now making my first post. I've been reading the stickies and navigating my way through the forum. I'm 28 and have 5 years lifting experience. My current height is 5 ft 11 in. Current weight is 190lbs. Current goal is to of course become stronger and make it to up body weight to 200lbs. Ready to become a part of the EVO Fam!!

Welcome. Nice 5 years. Whats the best lifts you got so far? How old are you? What weight did you start at? :)
I started at 165 lbs 14 years ago. I might have gained 20 lbs naturally and 10 lbs with my first cycle but I am still a fat-ass. Im at 238 now. Working on hitting 210 by Jan 2016.
